How long will it take to ship me my items?

What is your refund policy?

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to My Pup Rocks within 21 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition and original packaging.

Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Where should I ship an item that I would like to return?

We will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
